Greg Bamber Bamber
Chief Executive
Greg joined the organisation as Chief Executive after a long and successful period as founder and CEO of CQC Compliance Limited, which was acquired by WorkNest/Marlowe PLC in the summer of 2021. Following a successful handover period, Greg has taken up the position as CEO of the HLTH Group, while maintaining a close working relationship with CQC Compliance. With more than 15 years' experience operating in the healthcare sector, Greg has a fundamental understanding of how to support healthcare providers in the UK, he is dedicated to ensuring that the HLTH Group provides both an expert-led and a tech-enabled approach to the delivery of business-critical healthcare compliance solutions.
Matt Hibberd
Managing Director
Matt has over 25 years of extensive experience in the Health and Social Care sector. Prior to joining the HLTH Group, Matt has notably served as the Regional Director and CQC Nominated Individual for All Care, one of the UK’s largest domiciliary care providers, overseeing the delivery of 16000 hours of care a week. Matt’s career has included leadership roles up to Director level in various adult social care settings, ranging from residential care to supported living and domiciliary care. He is experienced in developing partnerships with local authorities, Integrated Care Boards, and the NHS. His expertise extends to fostering growth strategies, optimising operational efficiency, ensuring compliance, delivering successful acquisitions and tenders, and nurturing team development.
Dr Atif Ghaffar
Medical Director
Dr Atif Ghaffar is the Medical Director of the HLTH Group and supports our clients with his decades of experience in the healthcare sector. He has experience working within the NHS and as a private GP, covering all aspects of primary and acute care. As a GP Principal for 16 years and an experienced CQC Lead – Dr Ghaffar provides invaluable support and guidance particularly to our clients looking to start bespoke GP services. As the former Medical Director at CQC Compliance Limited, Dr Ghaffar understands the fundamental importance of healthcare compliance and the need for primary and acute organisations to be forward-thinking in ensuring they are CQC-ready.
Tony Carlin
Head of Compliance & Training
Tony is a Registered Nurse, specialising in mental health, and has worked in forensic and secure mental health services across a variety of settings. Teaching and training have always been incredibly important to Tony, and for many years he has delivered training courses in small and large settings focused on compliance, the CQC, and specialist areas of health and social care. Tony also has experience in adult social care, in which he worked at all levels including Registered Manager. His range of experience has developed his specialist insight into how to remain compliant and succeed in line with the legislation and evolving framework of the regulator in a variety of settings.
Debbie Davidson HR Director
HR Director
Debbie is our HR Director and has worked in HR and Health & Safety for over 20 years. Her experience in both HR and Health & Safety ensures clients can concentrate on driving their healthcare provider forwards, rather than worrying about their HR and Health & Safety. With a focus on expert, calm and solution focused, risk managed results, Debbie works with healthcare providers on a plethora of HR and Health & Safety issues to deliver effective results. From small through to large healthcare providers, Debbie and HLTH Group has proven successful in delivering people focused results that impact positively on business or organisation performance.
Will Rosebury Marketing Director
Marketing Director
As Marketing Director of the HLTH Group, Will leads the organisation in relation to brand communications and strategy, sales and marketing, and oversees the operational performance of the HLTH Group. A former director at CQC Compliance Limited, Will joined the HLTH Group with the simple idea to provide forward-thinking compliance solutions directly to healthcare providers across the UK. With the UK healthcare in a state of significant flux and evolution, Will is dedicated to ensuring that the HLTH Group helps healthcare providers navigate these changes in the years ahead.
Jayne Downey
Non-Executive Clinical Director
Jayne joined the HLTH Group as our Non-Executive Clinical Director, following a successful period as a Director at CQC Compliance Limited. Jayne works with our clients to ensure long-term improvement in their compliance. Alongside her work with the HLTH Group, Jayne has worked as the Director of Governance and Corporate Nursing and until recently was the nominated individual for the Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust – an ‘Outstanding’ hospital trust.
Dr Saema Saleem
Medical Director
Dr Saleem has over 16 years’ experience as a GP, having worked as a salaried GP and later a Practice Partner. Dr Saleem brings this clinical insight to her role at HLTH Manage, where she works closely with the team to ensure our software functions optimally to inform and support the compliancy of providers. Dr Saleem proactively works to support the development of our software as a straightforward, effective tool for providers to understand and evidence their compliancy with the CQC. She takes pride in developing a system that allows providers to receive high-quality clinical education, and to use compliancy to their benefit when their CQC inspection comes round.
Tracey Westwood
Compliance Lead
Tracey is a well-respected former CQC Inspector and Registered Manager. With 22 years' experience within the healthcare sector and the CQC itself, she brings an invaluable insight into the CQC’s complex expectations to our team. She understands the importance of excellent interim management solution for health and social care providers. Day-to-day, Tracey sources exceptional trusted and compliant professionals for our candidates, often supporting them during periods of crisis or sudden transition. She personalises her recruitment strategy to every provider’s unique aspiration and requirement.
Matt Vass
Director
Matt has circa 20 years’ experience in the field and a real passion for the healthcare industry. He partners with healthcare businesses across the UK, providing them with qualified medical and clinical management staff from Registered Managers up to C-suite level directors. His specialist experience in healthcare recruitment means he is able to source some of the very best talent in the industry, always placing them where their work adds most value to the provider. Matt represents the best calibre of candidates with patient care at the forefront of their values.
James Hume
Marketing and Operations Executive
James Hume is the Marketing and Operations Executive at HLTH Group. In this role, James is responsible for overseeing marketing and communications with HLTH Group clients, and understands that every CQC-regulated provider will have unique requirements in relation to their marketing. He has a deep understanding of business development, marketing and communications, which enables him to effectively tailor content to meet the specific needs of each client. With extensive experience in digital marketing, James brings a wealth of knowledge to the HLTH Group team.
Ian Ayliffe
Software Lead
Ian has over 15 years’ experience specialising in digital software technology, having developed platforms for a large number of clients and taken on responsibility for their technology integration projects. He has supported over 400 websites in becoming established online, and recognises the importance of optimising systems to deliver the best value and quality. Here at HLTH Manage, Ian works with our developers to specify, design, and select information systems that ensure our platform functions optimally for every provider using it.
Marc Hulligan
Finance Director
With a career spanning over two decades in the field of finance, Marc brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his role as Finance Director. His journey began as a qualified accountant, honing his skills at HMRC, Grant Thornton, and Moore and Smalley, before becoming an integral part of the HLTH Group team in May 2023. As the head of our finance and accounts department, Marc plays a pivotal role in safeguarding the confidentiality of client information, remaining vigilant and compliant with GDPR and all official finance regulations.
